Credit GPS works because a real human meets each new member in the language they think in. That commitment scales linearly with people, not models — so we hire deliberately, audition every candidate on paid work, and pay at every stage of the process. Including training.

Multilingual intake coach

Contract · Remote (Canada) · $35–60 CAD per completed 45-min session + recap

Coach New Canadian beta members through their first plan, in their mother tongue. You run 30–45 min Google Meet sessions following our structured playbook, then send a written recap. The user owns the decision; you describe what each action does, never what it will produce.

Required

  • Native fluency in one of: Mandarin (zh) · Punjabi (pa) · Hindi (hi)
  • Strong working English
  • ≥ 2 hours/week overlap with Eastern Time
  • Comfortable on video with first-time users discussing personal finances

Process

Translation review (week 1–2, paid) → calibration call → compliance training → role-play → first live session.

Translation reviewer & cultural editor

Contract · 5–10 hours / language · $25–40 CAD per hour

Review and culturally adapt our existing landing-page, intake-form, and recap-email copy in your language. Direct translation isn't enough — we need someone who carries the cultural anchors, knows when a metaphor doesn't travel, and can flag the moments where the English original is too clinical for a native ear.

Submit application → audition packet (paid) → review with founders → ongoing engagement if it's a fit.

How we hire

Paid at every stage

Translation review, calibration call, compliance training, role-play — all paid. Strong candidates don't tolerate unpaid evaluation work; neither should you.

Translation is the audition

Before anyone is in front of a member, they spend 5–10 hours on a paid translation review. It tells us more about writing, responsiveness, and cultural fit than any interview.

Compliance is a gate

A 100% quiz score and a recorded role-play with a founder are the only ways into a live session. The 'no promises' line is non-negotiable — both regulatorily and brand-wise.

Skin in the game

Every full-time hire participates in the cap table. Contractors graduating to long-term coaching get cohort-based bonuses tied to member outcomes (in retention, not score).

Send a brief note plus the role you're interested in. For coaches, include a 60-second voice or video intro in your mother tongue. For translators, include a sample or one paragraph from creditgps.ca you'd rewrite.
